Appointment times vary based on the service. A standard cut and style takes 60-90 minutes, while colour transformations can take 2-4 hours depending on complexity. Trichology consultations are typically 60 minutes. We'll always provide an estimated timeframe when you book.

As an official NATULIQUE Flagship Salon, we exclusively use 100% NATULIQUE products, certified organic, low-tox formulations free from harsh chemicals. During your appointment, we'll recommend personalised home care products to maintain your results.

Do you offer trichology consultations?

Yes. Our Certified Trichologist, Liz Hamilton, provides hair and scalp assessments to help you better understand factors that may be influencing your hair and scalp health. We offer initial consultations, in-salon scalp treatments, and personalised recommendations. A Trichologist is not a medical practitioner; where appropriate, Liz may recommend referral to your GP or dermatologist.

How do I book an appointment?

We ask all clients to call the salon on (07) 4953 4200 to book their appointment. This allows us to consult with you first and ensure the correct service and timing is booked for your needs.

Is there a prepayment for new guests?

Accepted Answer

Yes, new guests are asked to make a prepayment to confirm their booking, $50 for cuts and blow dries, or $100 for chemical services. This amount is fully redeemable and will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment. If a guest does not attend their confirmed appointment, the prepayment is forfeited.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. We understand life happens, just give us a call and we'll work with you.

How should I prepare for a curly hair appointment?

Accepted Answer

For curly hair appointments, your hair should be washed the same day or within 12 hours of the appointment. Hair must be completely dry when arriving so we can clearly see the natural curl pattern. Please leave your hair down, don't come in with hair tied up, as we need your curl patterns visible. All curl cutting is performed dry.
